New CSA Farm Shares for 2012
TWO CSA OPTIONS:
#1 Free Choice Option: Pick anything you want at our Rutland Farmers’ Market stand.
We sell a full range of veggies at the Rutland Saturday Farmers’ Market. Come anytime June 30-Nov 10, pick what you want, when you want it. You get an extra 10-20% to spend at the market, we get a boost of capital early in the season when we have the most expenses.
Pre-pay $100 and you receive a credit of $110 to spend- $10 free!
Pre-pay $200 and you receive a credit of $220 to spend- $20 free!
Pre-pay $400 and you receive a credit of $480 to spend- $80 free!
#2 Pre-bagged Option: Pick-up your share every Saturday in Rutland or Shrewsbury.
Pre-pay for the season. Then, pick up your pre-bagged share of mixed vegetables every week at one of two sites,*June 30-Nov 10.
You save 20% and commit yourself to delicious and nutritious food all season.
COST:
Small share: $10/week x 20 weeks = $200
Large share: $20/week x 20 weeks = $400
Examples of a weekly Pre-bagged “Share”
Small Share: You pay $200 by May 1st (and get $240 worth of produce)
July example: 1 bunch carrots, 1 bag salad greens, 1 bunch Beets, 1 bunch radishes, fresh herbs
Large Share: You pay $400 by May 1st (and get $480 worth of produce)
Sept. example: 2 lb. heirloom tomatoes, 1 lb. red pepper, 2 jalapenos, 1 lb. eggplant, 1 lb carrots, 1 butterhead lettuce, 1 bag salad greens, fresh herbs

-Rutland Saturday Farmers’ Market (8 am-2 pm)
-Shrewsbury Co-op at Pierce’s Store (after 5 pm on Saturday, through Sunday.)
